Privacy Protection Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026 Applies to brianwinum.com and its subdomains

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site, read the blog, subscribe to the newsletter, purchase LLMS Amplifier or Authority Amplifier Pro, or get in touch — and what happens to it.

1. What we collect

We collect only what’s needed to run this site and deliver what you ask for:

  • Information you provide — your name and email when you subscribe to the newsletter, submit the contact form, or purchase a product.
  • Purchase information — order details for plugin and course purchases. Payment card details are handled entirely by PayPal and never touch our servers.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically through standard server logs and analytics.

2. How we use it

  • Deliver products you purchase, including license keys and automatic plugin updates
  • Send the newsletter you subscribed to (and nothing else)
  • Respond to support and consulting inquiries
  • Understand what content is useful, via aggregate analytics
  • Protect the site against abuse, spam, and fraud

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

3. Cookies & analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and analytics. Analytics data is aggregated and used only to understand readership — see the separate Cookie & Tracking Policy for the full list of cookies and how to opt out.

4. Payments

Purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive your name, email, and order confirmation; we never see or store your card number or bank details. The payment provider’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

5. Email & newsletter

Newsletter subscriptions are strictly opt-in. Every email includes an unsubscribe method, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. Your email address is stored with our email service provider and used for no other purpose.

6. Sharing & third parties

Personal information is shared only with the service providers required to operate this site:

  • Web hosting and content delivery
  • Payment processing
  • Email delivery for newsletters and transactional messages
  • Analytics in aggregate form

This blog contains affiliate links; clicking one may set a cookie from the merchant, as described in the Affiliate Commission Disclosure. We may also disclose information if required by law.

7. Data retention

Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and licensing purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. Server logs rotate automatically.

8. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Contact us and we’ll respond to these requests promptly.

9. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be highlighted at the top of the page.
